1. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries, including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Maruti Courier
  • Trackon

2. Order Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline (India Only)

  • Transit Time: Delivery is estimated within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Rate: ₹199 on all orders within India.

5. Payment Options

We currently support the following payment methods for orders within India:

🔸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available across most locations in India.
  • Pay in cash when the product is delivered to your doorstep.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the order.

🔸 Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI)

  • You can pay directly via bank transfer after placing the order.
  • Bank details will be provided during checkout or sent via email.
  • Please send payment confirmation (screenshot or transaction ID) to 📧 admin@sukhmani-toolings.in to process your order.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are provided manually.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed beyond 10 days after dispatch, or
  • Received in damaged condition,

please contact us at admin@sukhmani-toolings.in within 24–48 hours of receiving the package. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
